“Being an Italian in a French Group is, from a personal perspective, a real enrichment. And I think that I’ve also managed to bring my “made in Italy” touch with its values and human qualities to this Group. More generally, diversity is a source of dynamism that promotes innovation and creativity, essential in the competitive sector in which Societe Generale operates. Diversity is also a real commercial advantage, allowing the company to be a reflection of society and thus closer to its customers, their expectations and needs. Finally, passion for the business overcomes cultural barriers”.
